Return & Exchange Policy for MossTiles

1. What you may return
We’re all about bringing your walls to life — naturally — and we want you to love your moss tiles. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return any unused, undamaged moss tile product (in its original packaging) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
(If you want to extend to 45 or 60 days for extra customer-friendly vibes, that’s an option.)

2. Condition of the product
To qualify for a return:

  • The moss tile must be in “as-new” condition (unused, no damage, tags/packaging intact). Pixel Union+1

  • If you’re exchanging, the tile should still be in saleable condition so we can flip it back into inventory rather than it gathering dust.

3. How to initiate a return or exchange

  • Contact us at support@mosstiles.com or call 833-476-7333 (toll free) and provide your order number.

  • We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send instructions for shipping the item back (if needed).

  • Pack the tiles securely (we recommend using the original box or equivalent) and ship to the address we provide.

4. Shipping costs for returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged on arrival, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (just changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/style, etc.), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost and we’ll deduct that from the refund or require you to pay it upfront.

5. Refunds and credits

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned moss tile, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If you choose an exchange, we’ll ship out the replacement as soon as we receive and inspect the return.

  • Sale or clearance items may be final sale (no refund) — we’ll note any such items at checkout.

6. Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different size, style or tile configuration, we’ll gladly exchange the item, subject to availability. You’ll only need to pay any difference in product cost plus any additional shipping if applicable.

7. Damage, defects & missing items
If your moss tiles arrive damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you once we verify the issue.

8. Non-returnable / final-sale items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to special pricing, custom orders, or clearance status. These will be clearly labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page.

9. Where to find the policy and your acceptance
